Thank you for your interest to host a Guest Appreciation Night at Bethany House! Guest Appreciation Nights can be any fun or useful event meant to enrich the stay of our guests.  Some examples include game nights, movie nights, spa nights, yoga/meditation nights and more! Continue reading for all information:

Guests will be informed of all appreciation nights but their participation is not mandatory.  Therefore, please be prepared for as few as one guest and as many as ~20 guests.  The ages of guest can also fluctuate.  Please indicate if your event is meant for adults, children or both. Please bring all materials needed for your event.

Flexibility is key!  Our house is meant for women going through a housing crisis and can change its composition from day-to-day.  It makes scheduling events like these tricky.  We want enough notice for your group to prepare and guests to be notified, but by time the event comes around, the guest in the house may no longer have the same interest or availability. Therefore, we ask that you stay flexible in your planning.

In the event that the house becomes quarantined or otherwise closed to non-staff on the date you signed up for, an email and/or call will be made to the information provided.
